Megan Aaron (E-RYT) discovered the sacred practice of yoga in 2009, it did not take her long to discover that she had found her calling. Shortly after her first yoga class Megan embarked on her journey to live and breathe yoga daily by becoming a full time yoga teacher.
“Yoga has changed my life in ways that I may never fully understand. It has taught me grace, humility, and has reminded me how to love myself and others that I cross paths with along the way. Yoga has helped me remain grounded in times of trouble and has healed me from past traumas. It is the best therapist I have ever had. I am thankful everyday for what this practice has done for me in my life. It constantly teaches me to slow down and cherish each breath. Yoga has showed me how to be the best wife and mother to my two children: Kaiya and Maddox.”
It is Megan’s passion to share the gift of yoga with her students and to help them find their way of living yoga. With an extensive background in dance, she has always been drawn to movement. In her classes, you can expect to embody all aspects of flow, including breath linked postures, upbeat music, and subtle spiritual aspects that remind us how yoga is so much more than a pose. In her step-by-step approach, you will learn how to move from pose to pose safely as well as learn to push yourself to new physical bounds.

Megan is registered through Yoga Alliance and has completed her 200 hour teacher training through H3 Yoga School at Hollywood Market Yoga. She is currently studying at Samudra Global School for Living Yoga with world renowned yoga teacher Shiva Rea to achieve her 500 hour advanced vinyasa teacher training.
You can find Megan teaching at Halo and Hollywood Market Yoga in Boise, where she is the director of their 200 hour teacher training program. Megan is available for retreats, workshops and private sessions.
